Please Read Directions:
• The clear lid will be covered in brown protective paper, peel off off before use so you can watch the dough rise.
• Do not use any sealers, waxes or oils on the wooden proofing box. This will inhibit its function. Simply place dough in the box without flour and cover with lid.
• Use a stainless or wooden dough scraper to remove dough from box. Do not use water on the dough box, simply scrape any dried dough or flour out with a bench scraper.
